I was trying to save a message as an oft-file (when creating a reply template for a message rule) but I couldn’t get the option to save it as an Outlook Template. So I was wondering ‘How can I enable this?’ From a bit of searching I discovered that The option to save as an oft-file is only available when using Outlook as the email editor. I was trying to create it in word and it was saving it as a word template.
